Reviews of Personal Protective Equipment
We conduct periodic and special SOI inspections:
- safety harnesses,
- mountaineering harnesses,
- helmets,
- energy absorbers,
- static and dynamic ropes,
- Positioning lines and lanyards,
- tripods, tripods,
- lifting and rescue equipment,
- self-braking devices,
- clamping and descending devices,
- carabiners, snaps,
- Position tapes, ropes and anchor points,
- other personal protective equipment.
After inspecting the equipment and assessing its condition, we fill out the SOI inspection card and prepare documentation of the inspection. In the absence of an SOI card for the equipment in question, for our customers, we reproduce the above document.
Periodic inspections of Fixed Assurance Systems
We carry out periodic inspections of the Fixed Assurance Systems in accordance with the recommendations of EN 365 and EN 795. The inspections are carried out by certified technicians throughout the country. During the inspections we mark the systems, and after each inspection we issue an inspection protocol. We also carry out static tests (rupture tests).
Periodic inspections and inventory of ladders and scaffolding

We provide the following maintenance services:
- Inspection of ladders, stepladders and scaffolding for their proper condition, conducted in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Creation of required control documentation.
- Verify the completeness and effectiveness of security solutions.
- Checking the completeness of markings and drawings.
- Checking the compliance of work equipment with the inspection sheet of ladders.
- Placing control stickers.
- Transfer of documents such as inventory list, ladder inspection sheet and scaffolding inspection sheet.
We perform: inspections of personal protective equipment (SOI) for work at height (ropes, safety harnesses, lunges, absorbers, snaps).
Why should SOI reviews be performed?
- In accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of December 21, 2005 on the essential requirements for personal protective equipment (Journal of Laws 2005 No. 259 item 2173),
- In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/425 (until 2018 in accordance with the PPE Directive 89/686/EEC),
- In accordance with the requirements of PN-EN 365,
- As required by SOI manufacturers.
Inspection of equipment for work at height should be carried out at least once every 12 months (as recommended by EN 365 and SOI manufacturers). Periodic inspection of SOI is performed by a competent inspector trained by the equipment manufacturers. In addition to periodic and special inspections, each user is obliged to inspect his equipment before each use.
- Inspection of the technical condition of the equipment,
- Completion of SOI documentation and review cards. If the original SOI cards are not delivered with the equipment (a very common case) we reproduce them as required,
- shipping at the rate of the courier company, depending on the amount of equipment and the size of the shipment,
- If it is necessary to travel to the customer's plant, the cost is determined individually,
- Upon request, we additionally offer our customers a reminder service about the upcoming inspection date one month before,
- in the event that the condition of the inspected equipment is deemed unsuitable for further use, we immediately inform the customer of this fact, while helping to select a replacement.
