What are the stages of work?
- 01. Assessment of the technical condition of the structure and identification of corrosion centers and damage to protective coatings.
- 02. Preliminary cleaning of the surface from dirt, dust, oils, and other contaminants using pressure washing or chemical methods.
- 03. Thorough preparation of the substrate – rust removal by manual, mechanical, or abrasive blasting methods, depending on the scope and type of corrosion.
- 04. Protection of elements not intended for painting (e.g., installations, glazed elements) by securing them with foil or technical covers.
- 05. 05. Coating the surface with a primer paint with anti-corrosion properties, applied by brush, roller, or spray method depending on the conditions.
- 06. 06. Application of two layers of topcoat paint, providing durable and aesthetic protection against atmospheric and chemical factors.
- 07. 07. Thorough cleaning of the workplace and preparation of documentation for the completed work along with an acceptance protocol.
